Small communities committed to biblical endurance, spiritual formation, faithful stewardship, and Kingdom living.
The Christian life was never intended to be lived in isolation. We each have a race to run, but God forms us within community—among people who encourage, challenge, pray, speak truth, and remind us of God's faithfulness when the road becomes difficult.
ENDURANCE Groups move the message of The Race, The Reward, and The Reign from something we read into something we actually live.
An ENDURANCE Group is not simply another weekly meeting.
It is a formation community.
The purpose is to help Kingdom disciples become more faithful, mature, discerning, accountable, and prepared for the responsibilities God has entrusted to them.
Together, participants learn to understand the race God has set before them, develop the character necessary to run it, release unnecessary weights, confront unbelief, steward their lives faithfully, and remain focused upon Jesus Christ.
The goal is not simply to know more. The goal is to live differently because of what we have learned.
FORMATION HAPPENS WHEN TRUTH BECOMES PRACTICE.
Three Connected Movements
THE ENDURANCE JOURNEY
Every ENDURANCE Group moves through The Race, The Reward, and The Reign.
01
THE RACE
What has God called me to run?
The Race examines calling, purpose, spiritual formation, discipline, comparison, unnecessary weights, unbelief, patient endurance, and keeping our eyes fixed upon Jesus.
What has God actually entrusted to me?
What is forming me as I run?
What is consuming strength that belongs to my assignment?
The Reward moves the conversation from assignment to accountability: our time, relationships, gifts, opportunities, resources, influence, motives, and work. Salvation remains entirely the gift of God's grace. Yet Scripture teaches that stewardship matters and Christ values faithfulness.

THE REIGN
What kind of person am I becoming?
The Reign brings the journey toward Kingdom responsibility. It forms people whose lives increasingly reflect the character of the King through service, submission, accountability, justice, mercy, authority, overcoming, leadership, and faithful finishing.
A progressive formation journey through The Race, The Reward, and The Reign.

Ready for Formation
WHO SHOULD JOIN?
ENDURANCE Groups are for believers who want more than inspiration—people ready to grow in discernment, spiritual maturity, stewardship, and faithful obedience.
Believers seeking deeper discipleship
People walking through difficult or prolonged seasons
Pastors and ministry leaders
Emerging leaders
Men and women discerning calling and purpose
Believers recovering after failure or disappointment
People carrying significant responsibility
Those needing stronger spiritual disciplines
Believers preparing for greater Kingdom stewardship
Anyone who wants to finish faithfully
You do not need to be a minister to have a race. You do not need a title to carry stewardship. You simply need a willingness to become more faithful to Christ.
Responsible Care
A SAFE AND RESPONSIBLE FORMATION ENVIRONMENT
Biblical endurance should never be used to pressure someone to remain in abuse, danger, criminal circumstances, untreated illness, or destructive environments.
ENDURANCE Groups are spiritual formation communities—not substitutes for appropriate medical, psychological, legal, recovery, emergency, or professional care. Participants are encouraged to seek appropriate help whenever circumstances require it.
Faith and wise support do not have to compete.Group facilitators should follow appropriate pastoral, ethical, legal, and safeguarding standards.
Practical Response
DON'T JUST ATTEND. PARTICIPATE.
Participants may be challenged to examine present stewardship, identify unnecessary weights, establish healthier spiritual disciplines, evaluate time and energy, confront unbelief, repair a relationship, receive correction, establish accountability, make a difficult but faithful decision, complete unfinished responsibility, and develop a personal finishing plan.
FORMATION HAPPENS WHEN TRUTH BECOMES PRACTICE.
For Churches and Ministries
ESTABLISH AN ENDURANCE GROUP IN YOUR CHURCH
ENDURANCE Groups can become an ongoing discipleship ministry within the local church, reinforcing biblical discipleship, leadership development, spiritual formation, accountability, mentoring, conference follow-up, and mature Kingdom service.
Churches may establish one pilot group or develop multiple groups under pastoral oversight.
Healthy groups should eventually produce people capable of strengthening others.
1Participant
Complete the ENDURANCE Group.
2Apprentice
Serve beside an established facilitator.
3Facilitator
Lead an approved group.
4Formation Leader
Mentor facilitators and establish groups.
Facilitators are equipped to guide discussion, protect group culture, encourage biblical application, and help participants take responsible next steps.
The goal is not dependence upon a leader. It is mature disciples who can help others run faithfully.
