Requesting help

Contact order support with your order confirmation, purchase email, item, and reason for requesting help. Do not send card numbers through the contact form.

For damaged or incorrect print items, describe the issue. The ministry may request photographs. Report address changes or cancellation requests promptly; changes depend on fulfillment status.

Digital resources already accessed may be nonrefundable where permitted. Each request is reviewed against the purchase details and applicable rights. A refund is not confirmed until the ministry provides its decision.
