Information and Purpose
ENDURANCE receives the information you submit through contact, prayer, invitation, group, conference, newsletter, assessment, and resource-request forms. Depending on the form, this includes your name, email address, phone number where requested, organization, location, preferences, assessment responses, and message or accommodation details. These records support your request, ministry follow-up, and requested email delivery. Optional ministry updates use the subscription choice shown on the form. Providing a phone number does not authorize automated marketing text messages. Please avoid submitting sensitive details that are unnecessary for your request.
Sharing, Security, and Retention
Information is not sold. This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites on Cloudflare, and submitted records are stored in its database. Resend processes transactional emails and ministry notifications. Stripe processes purchases and donations, including payment, billing, and shipping details collected at checkout; the website records order and payment-confirmation information, not full card numbers. The optional group map loads Google Maps only when you select Load Google Map. Records support request follow-up, fulfillment, subscription preferences, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. No online method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your Choices
Use the Privacy Inquiry form or email apostlejones2024@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion where applicable, or information about retention of a particular record. Ministry-update emails include an unsubscribe link, and the website provides an unsubscribe page. Unsubscribing from ministry updates does not stop confirmations for an order, registration, or other service you request. Payment and other required records may need to be retained. Service providers may process information outside your location under their own privacy terms.
