ENDURANCEThe Race · The Reward · The ReignEvent Registration & Refund Policy
Know what to expect before you register.
Review the event page and registration form for the gathering you select. The December 11–12, 2026 Seattle conference offers free advance registration, with no ticket payment collected.
Registration and Payment
Submit one registration per participant. A successful registration displays a registration code and saves your attendance choice; the form also reports whether the confirmation email was sent. Keep the code if email delivery is pending. Registration applies only to the named gathering. Meals, childcare, travel, lodging, livestream access, and materials are not promised unless expressly listed on that event page. Ask the ministry before making plans that depend on those services.
Changes, Transfers, and Refunds
For the free December gathering, no ticket payment is collected and there is no ticket purchase to refund. Contact ENDURANCE to correct participant details, change attendance, or cancel your registration; do not submit a duplicate registration. If ENDURANCE postpones or cancels a gathering, the ministry will use the contact information supplied at registration to communicate the available options. Separately purchased books and resources follow the Refund Policy.
Accessibility, Conduct, and Media
Accommodation requests should be made as early as possible. Participation may be limited for unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, or harassing conduct. Any photography or recording notice must be clearly disclosed for the event.
