Event-specific dates, pricing, accessibility, transfer, cancellation, and refund terms will be displayed before registration and will govern that registration.
Registration and Payment
A place is confirmed only after the approved registration platform reports successful completion. Capacity, age requirements, included materials, meals, childcare, livestream access, recording, and event-setting requirements must be stated on the event record.
Changes, Transfers, and Refunds
The event record will state deadlines and eligibility for transfers or refunds. If ENDURANCE postpones or cancels an event, registered attendees will receive the available options and instructions through the contact information used at registration.
Accessibility, Conduct, and Media
Accommodation requests should be made as early as possible. Participation may be limited for unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, or harassing conduct. Any photography or recording notice must be clearly disclosed for the event.
